How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Leadershipdecisions Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Leadershipdecisions Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know this, though: Leadershipdecisions Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@leadershipdecisions.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like

After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
