Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for independent businesses that serve homeowners. That can include:

• Mold remediation providers
• Inspection and testing providers
• Providers who handle black mold removal
• Providers who work on basements, crawl spaces and older frame homes

You should be set up to work in the area you want to serve.

What Do We Expect?

Homeowners are often worried when they reach out. We want them to feel respected. So we expect providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Explain findings in plain words
• Give written quotes before work begins
• Focus on fixing the moisture source
• Be honest about timing and what you can handle
• Treat homeowners fairly, with no pressure

Providers are responsible for their own work, pricing and agreements with homeowners.
